| What services do you offer at Beauty Direct? We offer a variety of skin, body and nail treatments. Please view our treatment menu. Do you have a cancellation policy? Yes, please review our terms and conditions section. How much space do we require for the setup? We only require limited space, just enough space for a treatment bed and enough space to move around. How much time do you require to setup? We will arrive 15 min before your scheduled treatment time to setup and unpack. What are the options for submitting payment? You can pay cash, per cheque cash or via EFT. Is it possible to book a treatment for the same day? Yes, if we do have a time slot available we will accommodate you, but to avoid disappointment we recommend you book ahead. Can we arrange for the treatments to be at a guest house? This is a very popular option. Please request this on booking. We will then quote you for the treatments as well as the accommodation - you don’t have to stress about a thing. The majority of the guest houses will allow you to use their shower facilities before or after your spa treatments. If your schedule allows it, why not book the night at the guesthouse and turn it into a short holiday. I would like to book treatments for me and my friend/s, is that possible? We do prefer our treatments to be scheduled for the same time. This can be arranged, please book in advance. We don’t stay in the city, do you travel? Yes, we do travel to anywhere in the Cape Peninsula. Please note that travel fees will be charged accordingly. |
